The BlackBook Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using The BlackBook at blackbookjobs.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The BlackBook is operated by ClubReq, Inc.

2. What The BlackBook Does

The BlackBook is a free service that helps job seekers find openings, see who is hiring, get AI job matches and send applications to employers. We are not an employer, staffing agency or recruiter, and we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring speed, pay or tips.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. One profile per person.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false information or apply on someone else's behalf
• Do not scrape, copy or resell job listings or use bots
• Do not harass employers or misuse employer contact details
• Do not try to disrupt, hack or reverse engineer the service

5. Job Listings & Pay Estimates

Listings come from employers, partners and public job feeds. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that a role is still open or that details are complete. Market pay figures and Employer Spotlights are labeled estimates based on listing signals and feedback, not promises.

6. Applications & Fast-Track Apply

When you apply or use Fast-Track Apply, you authorize us to send your information to that employer (and, for ClubReq partner employers, through ClubReq's hiring platform). Each employer makes its own hiring decisions and is responsible for complying with employment laws. Some roles link to employer websites that have their own terms.

7. AI Matching

AI matches are automated suggestions to help you discover roles. They may be imperfect, and they do not replace your own judgment or an employer's decision.

8. Text Messages & Emails

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages and emails about verification, matches and applications. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Your Content

You own the information and resume you submit. You give us a limited license to store, process and share it as described in our Privacy Policy so we can provide the service. We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve matching.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The BlackBook is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for employer actions or decisions, or for the content of third-party listings.

11. Ending Your Use

You may stop using The BlackBook and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes & Contact
