About Our Founder
In 2010, Art Fields embarked on a recruiting journey across multiple industries, partnering with giants like Aerotek, Delta Airlines, DHL Express, and DoorDash. While experiencing an overwhelming influx of applicants, Art began re-imagining the recruiting process. He created ClubReq to utilize the efficacy of cutting-edge AI technology and the expertise of industry professionals in order to vet applicants.
