Sign up as a interviewer and declare your industry, truthfully. Conduct an interview for a ClubReq Client Employer with their applicant and get paid instantly after you have completed the interview and submitted your feedback notes.
Every time you have successfully completed a candidate interview, and submitted your notes and recommendation, you will get paid via your Stripe account.
We assess based on task completion, employer feedback, professional etiquette, communication skills, adherence to deadlines, and adaptability to new processes. After each assignment, employers rate your performance from 1-5. Similarly, you rate applicants on your experience with them. High ratings offer more opportunities for applicants, and help us ensure quality for both parties. If you are consistently receiving poor ratings, there is a chance that your account will be suspended, so bring your A++ self to ClubReq!

You will be auto-matched with applicants based on your background and experience and how well it fits to the role that the applicant is interviewing for, along with other factors. You will interview candidates based on your background and experience. We may match you with a candidate applying to an industry in which you have declared yourself an expert. Example: If you declare Customer Service, you will receive Customer Service Applicants to interview.
No, but you are able to select multiple industries and multiple departments. Example: someone who declared retail as their industry may specialize in customer support and sales within the retail industry.

ClubReq Provides the following training:
- Legal Compliance: Education on employment laws and regulations, focusing on what constitutes legal and illegal questions, and understanding equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws.
- Unconscious Bias Training: Helping interviewers recognize and mitigate their own biases to ensure fair evaluation of all candidates.
- Interview Techniques: Training on effective interviewing techniques, including how to ask open-ended questions, listen actively, and evaluate responses objectively.
- Cultural Competence: Educating interviewers on cultural sensitivity and inclusivity to respect and understand candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Guidance on how to provide constructive feedback and objectively evaluate candidates based on standardized criteria.

Wait 10 minutes for the applicant. If they do not show up, end the interview and mark them as a no-show. You will still be compensated for a portion of your time in the event of a no show.
Within your ClubReq Interviewer Portal, go to the Account Section in the top right hand corner and then follow the Reset Password Flow.
You may reschedule or cancel interviews without penalty up to 24 hours before the interview within your ClubReq Interviewer Portal.
